Step-by-Step Activation
Most hanging bottle diffusers require a simple setup to start the scent flow:
Open the Bottle: Unscrew the wooden lid and remove the inner plastic stopper (keep this to "pause" the scent later if desired).
Saturate the Wood: Screw the wooden lid back on tightly and tilt the bottle upside down for 3–5 seconds. This allows the oil to soak into the wood.
Hang and Enjoy: Secure it to your rearview mirror or another safe hook. The natural movement of your car and heat from the sun help disperse the fragrance.
Refresh: When the scent weakens, briefly tilt the bottle again for 1–2 seconds to re-wet the lid.
Tips for Best Results
Avoid Over-Saturation: Inverting the bottle for too long or too often can cause leaks, as wood becomes oversaturated.
Heat & Airflow: These diffusers work best in warm conditions because heat causes the wood to expand and the oil to evaporate more effectively.
Longevity: A typical 7-10ml bottle can last 30 to 60 days depending on how often you "refresh" the lid and the climate.
